What's included in all plans?

Every Mazlo plan includes core fund accounting, bank synchronization, automated reconciliation, donation tracking, and standard compliance reporting. There are no feature paywalls on fundamental functionality — all plans give you a complete financial operating system. Higher tiers add project volume, team members, advanced automation, and dedicated support.

Can I switch plans as my organization grows?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your Mazlo plan at any time. Upgrades activate immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access to your current tier throughout. There are no penalties for plan changes in either direction.

Is there a free trial or pilot program?

We offer a 30-day full-access pilot for qualified nonprofits and fiscal sponsors. During the pilot, your team works with your own real data, fully supported by our implementation team from day one. Are there discounts for smaller nonprofits or community organizations?

Mazlo offers need-based pricing adjustments for community-based nonprofits and grassroots organizations with annual revenues under $500,000. What does onboarding look like and how long does it take?

Every new customer receives a dedicated onboarding engagement that includes data migration from your existing system, chart of accounts configuration, bank integration setup, workflow configuration, and staff training. Standard onboarding for Starter and Growth customers takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity. Enterprise customers receive extended implementation support and optional on-site assistance. We do not consider onboarding complete until your team is operating confidently and independently on the platform.
