Every new customer receives a dedicated onboarding engagement that includes data migration from your existing system, chart of accounts configuration, bank integration setup, workflow configuration, and staff training. Standard onboarding for Starter and Growth customers takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on complexity. Enterprise customers receive extended implementation support and optional on-site assistance. We do not consider onboarding complete until your team is operating confidently and independently on the platform.
